**POLÍTICAS DE GARANTÍA**

• EN EL CASO DE QUE EL CLIENTE RECIBA UN PRODUCTO EQUIVOCADO POR ERROR DE NUESTRA PARTE, la empresa asume los costos de flete de las devoluciones y nuevo envío si fuere el caso, siempre y cuando esto SEA NOTIFICADO EN UN PLAZO MÁXIMO DE 05 DÍAS HÁBILES luego de retirado el pedido Y EL ARTÍCULO CON SU EMPAQUE SEAN DEVUELTOS EN PERFECTO ESTADO PARA SER NUEVAMENTE VENDIDO.

• EN EL CASO QUE EL CLIENTE OFERTÓ SIN HABER ACLARADO DUDAS Y SE LE ENVÍA EL PRODUCTO PUBLICADO Y RESULTA NO SER EL QUE NECESITA, se aceptará la devolución del producto en un periodo máximo de 05 DIAS HÁBILES luego de haber retirado el artículo. En este caso, el cliente debe cubrir los costos de envío que se generaron, así como también, debe enviar EL PRODUCTO Y EL EMPAQUE EN PERFECTO ESTADO para volver a ser puesto a la venta. Una vez se reciba nuevamente el artículo en tienda y se verifique sus condiciones (PRODUCTO+EMPAQUE), se procederá a hacer el reintegro correspondiente.
