Briggs engine would die after a few seconds running.
This engine has a low oil shut-off feature. I by-passed the low oil pressure sending unit, & the engine ran OK. I sent for a new sending unit, & received it in record time. After installing it in the oil filter adaptor, the engine/generator ran like new! I'm glad I checked it out before actually needing it due to a power outage.
